Who taught you how to apologise? Or how to make up after a row?

For most of us: nobody.

This is one of the reasons I'm starting something: the Man.Academy Membership.
A Brotherhood. The New Men's Movement. Opening in October.

In the Membership, we learn, together. Including:

How to give a clean apology, no 'but', no 'if'. How to listen when it's hard. How to stay grounded when emotions run high. How to feel what's going on in your body instead of thinking your way round it. How to move, sleep and eat so there's lots in your tank. How money works, and how to make it work for you. How to set a goal and actually do the thing you know you need to do.

  • Learn key skills, taught so they stick.
  • Unlearn the lone-wolf, shove-it-down habits, and learn to ask for support.
  • Implement, with your 10Men group: ten men who know your strengths and your blind spots, and call you forward.
  • Accountability: you say what you'll do, and we help you do it.
  • No guru. I'm not the "Dalai Merlin". I don't have all the answers. Together, we do. Open source, built by the men in it.

It's live and hands-on, not a bunch of videos and a workbook you never finish. It's real discussion, small groups, and your whole 10Men. An evolving ecosystem.

And it's a pick-your-own-adventure: you focus on what you want to develop now. When that's become a habit, you choose the next thing.

What happens next
  1. Emails from me, and invitations to free live sessions, before anyone else.
  2. I'll show you what's inside, why the New Men's Movement matters, and why it could be the best thing you do this year.
  3. The doors open on Wednesday 14 October, for five days. First intake only: a discounted founder price, kept for as long as you stay a member.
  4. We start together on Saturday 24 October.

Put your name here and you'll hear from me first.
